However, the monotony of a 9-5 job left her feeling unfulfilled. Inspired by her love for diverse cultures and cuisines experienced during her time in Dublin and the United States, Mansi took a leap of faith, enrolling in the Institute of Culinary Education in New York for restaurant management.
