I was really looking forward to my order. The packaging was first class and most of the products in the order looked great. I think what let it down was the delivery. Was dispatched on Wednesday and not delivered until Monday by Evri (not Royal Mail as they failed to collect and let business down). However picking Evri was probably a mistake as order was in warehouse from dispatch until Sunday in hot weather with probably no ventilation. Order was placed I fridge as so as it arrived but could not be saved. Brownie stated stale. Had to microwave to freshen up but I think taste was already effected by courier treatment and storage. Feel sorry and disappointed for small business owner as presentation and packaging is very classy. Courier was not
